Carl T. is our signature bourbon, named after 4th generation family member, Carl Theodore Huber. After a minimum of 4 years of aging in new, charred American Oak, this blend is finished in an Estate-grown Grape Brandy barrel. This finish provides soft and sweet fruit characteristics to complement the rye spice, wood sugars, and fruit of our Carl T. Blend.
