The first release from Teeling’s new distillery pays homage to this famous Dublin style of Irish Whiskey. Single Pot is crafted using a recipe of 50% unmalted spring barley and 50% malted barley which is triple distilled and matured in a combination of virgin oak, ex-wine and ex-bourbon barrels.
