This eau-de-vie of Organic Wine or Without Input, Gin style, is obtained by double distillation of wine. Each cuvée identifies the Wine Estates whose Wines were used to produce the Alcohol. This alcohol is then delicately redistilled with juniper berries, peppers, pink berries and ginger, its blue color comes only from a maceration of blue flowers, without any additives or preservatives. Add tonic and its color changes to pink!
