Our bottled-in-bond Straight Wheat Whiskey was winning awards out of the gate - Gold in San Francisco and Double-Gold in New York the week it was released! Made grain-to-glass in-house using soft red winter wheat, grown just down the road from the distillery.

Nose: Light cereal and plum.

Palate: Smooth cherry and charred oak.

Medium finish - light and lingering sweetness.
