Our unblended Straight Rye is is complex, unexpectedly smooth and beautifully complex. Made grain-to-glass in-house using only the finest Texas grain, grown just down the road from the distillery.

Palate: Hints of cereal grain, graham cracker, tobacco, chocolate.
